Bookkeeper
- Full Cycle Bookkeeping
- Manage all aspects of A/R, A/P and Billing
- Bill.com management: invoice entry and coding
- QuickBooks entries and coding
- Treasury Management: setting up new accounts as needed for new locations and managing current accounts including transferring funds, reconciliation, etc.
- Manage all payroll reconciliation to general ledger
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements
- General Ledger maintenance




Virtual Assistant
- Prepare functional and technical documentation and process flows
- Data entry and file management
- Create, sort and update financial reports in excel
- To create technical documents on various projects assigned to the team.
- Gathers information about the subject matter being documented through actual testing & research.
- Inbox management
- Tech Savvy-Familiarity with current technologies
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Assist in coordinating meetings by sending invites to attendees & booking resources such as meeting rooms.
- Can work with a group or team, or with less supervision
IT Associate
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Maintain jovial relationships with clients
